A Few Words About Me
A lawyer at the Brussels bar since 2002, Sébastien MIESSE obtained his law degree magna cum laude from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve, and he holds a diploma for specialist studies in financial law awarded by the same university.
Sébastien began his professional career as a member of the Brussels bar in the BERENBOOM & GILLET law firm; in 2007 Sébastien founded the LEXMIND law firm.
With his team, consisting of lawyers Stéphane BRANCART, Anthony VAN BEVER and Adam AOUAD, Sébastien specialises in business law, and in particular commercial law, company law and insurance law.
Sébastien has built personal expertise in intellectual property law and competition law, and has a particular knowledge of the insurance, aviation and entertainment sectors.
A speaker at the BERRYER Conference (2004) and in CPD (continuing professional development), Sébastien has been awarded the Georges BOELS prize (2004), the Former Presidents prize (2004) and the LE JEUNE prize (2005).
