Leen VANBRABANT (born at Saint-Trond on 17^th November 1980) read law at the University of Maastricht.

She has been an avocat at the Bar of Brussels since 2007.

Leen did her training in a niche law firm that specialised in the law of compulsory purchase / expropriation, planning law and environmental law. Over the years, Leen acquired a wide expertise in these matters.

Thereafter, she also acquired advanced skills in transport law (transport licences, CMR regulations concerning international carriage of goods by road, freight rates) and in road traffic law in the broader sense, in both its civil and criminal aspects.

Leen holds a certificate of special training on cassation practice in criminal matters and thus has a right of audience before the Court of Cassation in criminal matters.
